Membership Questions

Membership begins immediately upon payment confirmation. You'll receive a welcome email with login credentials for the member portal within one business day.
Yes. You can add or remove staff accounts at any time through the member portal. The 25-account limit applies to Institutional membership; contact us if you need more.
Yes — if multiple districts in a region want to join together, contact us about consortium pricing. We also have special pricing for Title I schools and under-resourced districts.
Yes. Contact our membership team for invoicing in CAD or MXN. We also accept purchase orders from government-funded institutions.
We offer a full refund within 30 days of joining if you're not satisfied. After 30 days, membership is non-refundable but you retain access through the end of your term.
